What's this talk of work that's preventing men from doing the real work?

I hear some blame it on lack of luck
While others speak of repeated deadlock.
Over and over I've heard the seemingly unanswered question;
Is it my fault that I get cut and hurt in my strife to live life and
give life to my talk?

I hear voices
But i'm tired of their choices.
Some have idly laid their bait in wait
While a good number has resigned to fate.

I hear a voice
I weigh its choice
But still I find myself being posed with the question;
What's this talk of work that's preventing men from doing the real work?

And so to all I have this to say;
It doesn't matter if today you suck
Or on your way you seem to encounter that which looks like a road block.
If you will live life and give life to your talk
Then you should know that come what may,
You must NEVER GIVE UP.
