Samwise:         I’m Iyiola Olayemi

                       My stage name is Samwise

Kcpwesh:         Can you tell us about yourself?

Samwise:         I am me with a mind to influence and affect the world with my own kind of thing.

Music is my passion, my soul, my spirit and my body. I am fanatic to music and I do music.

I am also a student of the department of English, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife.

Kcpwesh:         What kind of music do you play?

Samwise:         My kind of music, is what I call R&B pop music

Kcpwesh:         Can you tell us what ignited your passion for music?

Samwise:         My interest in expressing myself through music. I believe music is a friend with whom you can mingle. With music you are not alone. When I sing, I’m happy. When I sing good songs, putting smiles on people’s faces, it feels cool. Basically my passion for music has continually being ignited by encouragements from bodies and companies. Kcpwesh:         what’s your source of inspiration?

Samwise:         My environment, what I feel and God. Miraculously, each time I hold my guitar and think of something, music comes and I make it happen .All thanks to God for He is my muse

Kcpwesh:         Where do you see yourself in the nearest future?

Samwise:         I see myself changing the phase and face of music. I see myself as an artist who other artistes look up to because my dream is to have a music school where I’ll dish out to people as I train them with the beautiful gift God has given me. I see myself influencing the society and correcting the ills in it.

Kcpwesh:         Can you tell us your philosophy about life?

Samwise:         if you find yourself a victim of circumstance, be careful and diplomatic so you don’t end up being a tragic hero.

Kcpwesh:         What’s your advice for every visioned one out there?

Samwise:         Appreciate yourself and do your own kind of thing

Kcpwesh:         What should your fans expect from you?

Samwise:         My fans should expect the best from me because I’m not going to quit and I’m sure they wish me the best too. I appreciate you all and I promise you a continuous appreciation of a grateful singer. I am dropping a single in your dedication soon

Samwise:         “Adumaradan”

Kcpwesh:         Can you tell us what inspired you to sing this song?

Samwise:         Yes. As a matter of sincerity,I got inspired to sing the song ‘Adumaradan’ out of the love I feel for an astonishing damsel who ignites me with her stunning smile.

                        I ll tell you something. When I sang the song I realized Adumaradan has gone beyond the level of the love I have for the girl but I realized everything that I hold dear to me is qualified equally my Adumaradan.Your perfume could be your Adumaradan basically in cause of your liking for it. I‘ll say this to all my fans out there. I want you all to know that you are my Adumaradans. lol

Samwise:         “I love you”
